Meet Your Teacher

I've been playing and enjoying music my whole life with my focus shifting to piano over 10 years ago. I love to help other people of all ages and abilities find joy and freedom in music. I try to create an enjoyable and stress free environment in my lessons, allowing students to flourish rather than being scared away or disheartened.

I focus on helping students find the music that resonates with them while developing their technique and theoretical understanding​. I have always found that when a piece or song is meaningful to an individual the motivation to learn comes naturally. As part of this I always encourage students to listen and explore the different realms of piano music across all genres.

I graduated from Harvard University in 2018 having studied music performance and theory as part of my degree. I have a Distinction in Grade 8 Piano Performance through ABRSM and am a member of the Musician's Union. I have an Enhanced DBS check for safeguarding purposes.
